New Students

 

All of our classes are suitable for beginner students. Tony and Kirsten are experienced in offering modifications of different poses for beginner students, and more advanced modifications or progressions for the more experienced yogis. However, we find that most students that are new to yoga prefer to enrol in our Gentle Yoga and meditation class or start with Chair Yoga.  If you prefer not to book online call Kirsten direct on 0438526933. Preparing for class:

  • Drink plenty of water before class
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before class
  • Wear light comfortable clothes
  • We provide mats but you can bring your own.
  • Bring a water bottle
  • For your comfort you may like to bring a small hand towel and or pillow and blanket/eye pillow.

Bookings are preferred, otherwise please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
