New Students

All of our classes are suitable for beginner students. Tony and Kirsten are experienced in offering modifications of different poses for beginner students, and more advanced modifications or progressions for the more experienced yogis. However, we find that most students that are new to yoga prefer to enrol in our Gentle Yoga and meditation class or Beginners.  To enrol click on Times and Prices tab and scroll down to the class/course and book online or you can eft direct. Preparing for class:

  • Drink plenty of water before class
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before class
  • Wear light comfortable clothes
  • We provide mats but you can bring your own.
  • Bring a water bottle
  • For your comfort you may like to bring a small hand towel and or pillow and blanket/eye pillow.

Remember that there is no need to book, but please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.

Please note: you can pay online before class but this is not a booking. To secure your spot you must arrive early.
