Do I need to book?
No, but you can pre-purchase online or at Yoga trail. We do recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to secure a mat.
I’ve never done yoga before, which class should I attend?
We have lots of beginners who start with us at the studio. All of our classes are suitable for beginner students, and all of our teachers are experienced in offering modifications of different poses for new students, and more advance modifications or progressions for those with more experience. However, we find that most new students prefer to start with our Basic Hatha 26, Flow & restore and Yin Classes, which are all slower paced than our Vinyasa Classes. You can find more information on the different class styles here.
