Yoga for Managing Pain
Many people with pain are so overwhelmed that they can’t function well – physically, emotionally and/or cognitively. A major contributing factor to this “meltdown” is a hyper-aroused nervous system, which manifests as feelings of anxiety and stress. This 7 week course helps people change how they feel about their bodies when they hurt and it helps people with chronic and persistent pain move better, manage stress and get back into activities they love. Restricted to 6 participants to ensure quality of delivery.
