I'd love to meet you!

Hi I am Kirsten Mackintosh and this is a photo of me at home.

I have been a certified yoga instructor for more than 15 years and have been reaping the physical and spiritual benefits of living the yoga lifestyle. 

 I am proud to use my culinary nutritional expertise to serve our guests all-organic and fresh foods from my property in addition to wonderful local fare.

My past life has included working in food and nutrition teaching home economics in schools and running a weight loss centre for 7 years.

At Swan Cove, I blend yoga wisdom with nutritional science and the beauty and bounty of nature to create joyful energy and bliss.
I provide classes, guidance and accommodation to explore the healing benefits of nature on the beautiful Raymond Island, Victoria, Australia.

My name is Kirsten Mackintosh and I invite you to experience your own self-healing adventure in Swan Cove, Australia — a 10-acre wildlife sanctuary, two Tudor-style cottages for guests, along with a transformative yoga style and holistic nutritional practice.

Swan Cove accommodations

 I invite visitors from around the world to my sanctuary at Swan Cove. Nestled in a magical waterfront bushland filled with jurassic trees and friendly wildlife such as kangaroos, koalas, parrots, kookaburras, echidnas, dolphins, black swans, sea eagles and sea horses!


Yoga classes and consulting

 I became a yoga instructor in 2012 and am dedicated in sharing these ancient technologies in a variety of yoga styles. I run the popular Chair Yoga classes, Kundalini and KundaDance, Yin Yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra

Nutritional consulting

As a registered nutritionist, I am passionate about all areas of Nutrition ensuring that my clients receive advice that perfectly matches their individual needs as well as in harmony with the seasons.

My approach is heartfelt without being new-agey and evidence-based without being overtly clinical. I get to the root cause of what’s preventing you from eating well, and by helping you identify your core limiting beliefs.
